Delivering the Cook Strait Ferry Replacement Programme requires strong collaboration across multiple organisations.
We are working with a variety of people, for our own project work and as part of the Ferry Replacement Programme.

A collaborative approach
Each organisation has a specific role to play either directly or indirectly with CentrePort’s project and the wider programme.
Our focus is on delivering the marine infrastructure at Kaiwharawhara and agreeing to commercial terms.
